The primary role of a TAFE SA Lecturer is to provide a quality educational service of training, assessment, and guidance to students in accordance with relevant training package objectives. Lecturers may also be involved in the provision of consultancy services to industry/community clients.

Got What It Takes?

- The candidate must demonstrate current and relevant experience within the business and management sectors, including: Operational and strategic management roles within small, medium, or large organisations.
- Experience in supervising teams, leading projects, implementing business strategy, and managing organisational performance.
- Demonstrated capability in areas such as leadership development, organisational behaviour, change management, project coordination, business planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Evidence of maintaining industry currency through professional networks, contemporary industry practice, and ongoing workforce engagement.

What You Need to Know

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
