The Role
Working closely with the General Manager, you will take ownership of daily operations and lead a small, dedicated front-of-house team.
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being present on the floor, engaging with guests and driving service standards. You will play a key role in team development, operational efficiency, and the creation of an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing front-of-house team
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining service standards
- Supporting the General Manager with venue operations and service delivery
- Implementing systems and procedures to improve efficiency
- Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth venue performance
- Driving a positive team culture and leading by example
- Assisting with venue promotions and guest engagement initiatives
Skills & Attributes
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager or Assistant Venue Manager
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach with the confidence to introduce new ideas
- A hands‑on management style and positive attitude
