We are a growing plastics manufacturing company specialising in high-quality blow moulded products. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation, we are looking for skilled extruder machine operators to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion and blow moulding machines
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets




- Operate forklifts safely for material handling and production support

Requirements

- Proven experience operating extrusion machinery in a plastics environment
- Hands‑on experience with blow moulding processes
- Valid LF (Forklift) licence (essential)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and production plans
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends if required

- Training will commence on day shift
- 1 x Day Shift
- 1 x Afternoon Shift
