Bluebird Care is a leading Home Care provider providing support to customers in their own homes. We are looking for a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team and help set the standard.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
- Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with meal preparation and nutrition
- Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
- Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning
- Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Requirements
- Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
- Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to follow care plans
- Previous care experience beneficial but not necessary, as full training will be provided
