About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Data, this Lead Developer owns the full solution lifecycle for Power Platform and custom-built applications. You'll lead a team of 2, partner with the Data Architect and Strategy & Architecture teams, and work closely with business stakeholders across a complex, global workplace.

- $150,000 to $170,000 + superannuation + bonus

Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Power Platform, Power Pages, and SharePoint solutions to agreed standards
- Set and maintain development standards, ensuring consistency, code reuse, and scalable, secure delivery across the team
- Partner with the Data Architect, Strategy & Architecture, Business Relationship Managers, and senior executives to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage escalated technical issues and provide hands‑on guidance to the team as the lead point of escalation




- Evaluate emerging technologies, contribute to application roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement across the Data & AI team
- Support the incoming GenAI initiative as it is shaped and delivered

Skills and Experience

- Deep expertise in Power Platform development -- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages including Liquid templating, Web API, and Server Logic
- Proficient with Azure technologies including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Web Apps
- Experienced with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methods
- Solid PowerShell scripting capability and Git-based source control
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar
- Demonstrated experience introducing and maintaining development standards in enterprise environments
- 5+ years of enterprise delivery experience, ideally across complex or global organisations
- Strong technical leadership capability including direct and informal management of development teams
