Enjoy a lifestyle roster of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off , plus 6 weeks annual leave (for permanent roles), giving you more time for what matters most.
Earn $183,245 pa (+ super + $461.65 travel allowance per swing) in the permanent role, or $102.84 ph (+ super + travel allowance) in the casual role.
About the Role
Join our team on board the TSHD Brisbane as Dredgemaster , where you will be Officer of the Watch during dredging and transit operations, ensuring safe navigation in confined waters and the open. You will collaborate with the Master and Chief Engineer on safety, maintenance, and dredging operations.
Qualifications
- You hold a current AMSA Master <500GT or higher certificate of competency or recognition with AMSA ECDIS generic endorsement.
- You hold a current AMSA GMDSS certificate of proficiency and a current AMSA Certificate of Medical Fitness.
- You can demonstrate commitment to safety leadership and compliance with health and safety standards.
- You work collaboratively in a small team and can demonstrate resilience under pressure.
- You are motivated to deliver results and take accountability for all assigned work.
