Injury Management Doctors is a dedicated workplace injury management practice. When a person is injured at work, employers and insurers refer them to us, and we take clinical ownership of their care — from initial assessment through to a safe and sustainable return to work. Our model is built around coordination: doctors, physiotherapists, and case managers working together so that no clinician carries a case alone, and no injured worker falls through the gaps.
As our referral base across South West Sydney continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join our clinical team.
About the role
Reporting to our clinical coordination team, you will assess and treat injured workers across South West Sydney with a clear focus on function, recovery, and return to work. - Conduct thorough musculoskeletal assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans with defined timeframes
- Deliver hands-on and exercise-based physiotherapy for a range of workplace and musculoskeletal injuries
- Complete functional capacity and work-readiness assessments
