Pizza Delivery Driver / In-Store Team Member

Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated Pizza Delivery Driver to join our team. This is more than just a delivery role, you’ll also be an important part of our in-store operations. When deliveries are quiet, you’ll help with customer service, food preparation, cleaning, and other day-to-day tasks that keep the store running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver pizzas and other orders safely and efficiently.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries.
- Answer phones and take customer orders.
- Serve customers in-store.
- Assist with pizza preparation and food preparation.
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen, dining, and work areas.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
- Reliable, roadworthy vehicle with current registration and insurance.




- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Willingness to assist with all aspects of in-store operations when not completing deliveries.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous hospitality or delivery experience is preferred but not essential—full training will be provided.
