Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Qualified Plasterer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role involving a variety of plastering works across residential, commercial and insurance projects. No two days are the same, with work including renovations, repairs, new builds and maintenance.

Responsibilities

- Installation of plasterboard to walls and ceilings
- Setting, stopping and sanding plasterboard
- Cornice installation
- Suspended ceiling systems (desirable)
- Repair and patching works
- Reading plans and working from specifications
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Working safely and efficiently on site
- Communicating professionally with clients, builders and team members

What We're Looking ForEssential
- Qualified Plasterer (Certificate III or equivalent experience)
- Current White Card
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Ability to problem solve and work efficiently





Desirable
- Experience in commercial plastering
- Experience in insurance repairs
- Experience with suspended ceiling systems
- EWP, Working at Heights or First Aid tickets
- Waterproofing experience or willingness to obtain qualification

Pay: $56,449.67 – $99,613.18 per year
