The Role: A significant portion of your role is simply providing a knockout plumbing service. This is so simple it’s hard for many! However, it goes beyond that. You know how to work ‘with’ a team to create a working ‘dynamic’ focused on client service and efficiency.

The One: Your work ethic and experience (9 yrs plus on the tools). You may have a wealth of experience in solving client plumbing maintenance challenges – from small to large jobs. You really do take pride in your work.

Not ‘just a job’ but a way of living. You engage the rest of your team to be self-motivated and have a high attention to detail – whether it be how the phone is answered or simply tidying up after finishing a job. You may be lacking the relationship with your current team OR boss – open and respectful.
