Build Premium Residential Pools Across MelbourneJoin an award-winning builder specialising in premium concrete pools and spas across Melbourne. Working across architecturally designed homes and high-end residential projects, you'll install hydraulic systems for bespoke pools built to a consistently high standard.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced Pool Plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys diverse residential projects, and wants to be part of a growing specialist construction team. The RoleAs Pool Plumber (Hydraulic), you'll install, test and commission hydraulic systems for premium concrete swimming pools across Melbourne. Working closely with Site Supervisors, electricians and other trades, you'll play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

- Install pool hydraulic systems including suction and return lines, skimmers, main drains, balance tanks, backwash and waste lines.
- Install and connect pumps, filters, heaters, heat pumps, chlorinators, sanitisation and dosing systems, valves and manifolds.
- Set out and install plant pads and equipment rooms in accordance with construction plans.
- Pressure-test hydraulic systems and rectify any leaks before concrete placement or backfilling.
- Commission filtration, heating and sanitisation equipment to ensure correct operation, flow rates and system performance.
- Read and interpret hydraulic drawings,



plumbing plans and equipment specifications.
- Coordinate with builders, electricians and other trades to maintain project schedules.
- Maintain compliance with AS/NZS 3500, OH&S; requirements, SWMS and site safety procedures.
- Complete required site documentation and communicate project progress to the Construction / Operations Manager.

What You Will Bring

- Experience in pool plumbing, hydraulic plumbing or hydraulic services.
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and plumbing plans.
- Sound understanding of AS/NZS 3500, pressure testing and equipment commissioning.
- Current White Card and Victorian Driver's Licence.
- Pride in delivering high-quality, leak-free installations.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative site team.
- Experience with pool automation, heat pumps or automated dosing systems will be highly regarded.
- Additional tickets such as EWP or First Aid are advantageous.
