Join our growing leadership team in a NEW role designed for an experienced PBS Practitioner who is passionate about developing others, driving service excellence and leading a high-performing team.

We're looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide operational and clinical leadership to our PBS team. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the growth and direction of our PBS team while supporting practitioners to deliver exceptional outcomes for participants and clients.

Working closely with the broader leadership team, including other discipline specific managers, you'll oversee practice quality, staff performance, support service delivery, mentor and develop your team, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen our PBS services.

The Role

As the PBS Manager, you'll lead and support the team by:

- Providing day-to-day operational leadership and support to practitioners.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing the team to achieve excellent results and professional growth.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention of Practitioners as our team expands.
- Monitoring utilisation, caseloads, quality and performance to ensure sustainable workloads and excellent client outcomes.
- Providing clinical guidance and facilitating regular supervision and professional development.
- Working collaboratively with Local Business Coordinators and the executive team to implement new initiatives and continually improve service delivery.




- Supporting business development and growth initiatives to expand PBS services.

About You

- An experienced PBS practitioner with demonstrated leadership and management experience.
- Passionate about developing clinicians and building HAPPY and high-performing teams.
- Confident leading remote teams across multiple locations.
- A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with clinicians and stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Experienced in NDIS audits and compliance.
- Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred services.
