What you’ll be doing - Engage with customers to understand their operational needs and challenges - Design and recommend fit‑for‑purpose temporary Power &

• HVAC solutions - Support the sales team to identify and convert new business opportunities - Apply technical expertise across temporary power solutions, generators, BESS, HVAC packaged units, cooling towers and HVAC systems - Manage projects from initial concept through to installation and delivery - Build strong relationships across key industries including commercial,



industrial and mining - Contribute to the growth of Coates’ HVAC capability nationally What you’ll bring to the role - Electrical or Refrigeration trade qualification (highly regarded) - Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and applications - Interest or experience in technical sales or solution selling - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities - Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills - Willingness to travel across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania as required - Experience in industrial hire or rental industry (desirable, not essential) - A proactive, can‑do attitude and desire to grow in a commercial, customer‑facing role What you’ll get in return We provide our team with a wide range of perks and benefits, including:
