About the Role
Step into a hands-on role as a Power Station Operator / Maintainer , where you’ll be central to keeping critical energy systems running efficiently across multiple remote sites.
Working across a diverse portfolio of 15 sites, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of power generation equipment including diesel engines, gas turbines, and renewable technologies such as solar and wind. No two sites are the same—offering variety, challenge and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing and breakdown maintenance on power generation equipment
- Monitor and manage power station and engine control systems
- Troubleshoot faults and implement effective solutions
- Analyse system performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare accurate operational and maintenance reports
- Participate in an on-call roster and respond to site breakdowns as required

About You
- WA Unrestricted Electrical Licence (essential)
- WA C-Class Driver’s Licence
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical
- Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in remote environments
- Solid communication skills and basic Microsoft Office proficiency
