BlueCare is seeking a Practice Lead to join the Clinical Care Governance & Risk team. You will embed the Blue Care Quality framework to improve consumer experience and continuous improvement in residential services. The role requires nursing/allied health qualifications, current AHPRA registration, and extensive experience in quality systems within aged care. Travel within Queensland will be required, and generous perks include salary packaging and automatic 12% superannuation.
