With a salary of up to $100,000, you'll work alongside an experienced leadership team, helping shape the day-to-day operations of a large, modern clinic while supporting a passionate team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

This isn't a clinic where you'll be left to figure things out on your own. You'll be working closely with experienced veterinary leaders, head nurses and senior management, giving you the support to succeed while still having the autonomy to make the role your own.

The Role

No two days will look the same.

You'll be responsible for keeping the clinic running smoothly, supporting a team of more than a dozen staff each day and creating an environment where both clients and the team have a positive experience.

Your responsibilities will include





- Leading the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Rostering and workforce planning
- Budget management
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding
- Managing client concerns and staff matters
- HR administration, contracts and WorkCover
- Working alongside the leadership team to continually improve the clinic

They're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, has strong emotional intelligence and loves building positive, high-performing teams.

Veterinary experience would be highly regarded, however experienced Practice Managers from healthcare or other fast-paced service industries are encouraged to apply.
