Joseph Banks Medical Centre is a reputable, family-orientated general practice that's trusted by the local communities over decades. We have eightgeneral practitioners, three registerednurses and a fantastic front of house team.

Located immediately off the Freeway entry/exit for ease of travel, Joseph Banks Medical Centre is part of a boutique group of practices, Advocate Medical Groupwith other locations in Pakenham, Frankston South and Box Hill.

We are currently seeking a PracticeManager to join our team on a Part-Timebasis. This role is supported by an Operations Manager who oversees the group of practices.Our culture requires us to hire passionate team members who have a genuine interest in healthcare outcomes of our patients. We are like an extended family who support one another to excel.

You will have aptitude to understand the complex healthcare system, be willing to be up-skilled on the job or through supported training opportunities externally. We utilise technology heavily within the practice so you will have the competency to juggle the various systems and processes. You will be able to manage rosters, correspondence, billings and above all,



people; both staff and patients. You are expected to be able to problem solve and display initiative when the unforeseen arises.

If successful for the role you will establish and maintain positive working relationships with doctors, nurses, receptionists and patients. You will be able to manage the workflow for the team to ensure seamless service to patients. You will display a high levelof customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate will have had at least 3 years' experience as a senior medical receptionist or office manager can demonstrate transferable skills and aptitude in working in small teams.

Experience with AGPALaccreditation process will be looked upon favourably.
