What Happens Next?

Successful shortlisted applicants will be invited to experience Immanuel through a relaxed and engaging process designed to help us get to know each other.

- A 20-minute coffee conversation with the Head of Primary.

- You will deliver a 30-minute pre-planned lesson, observed by a peer panel

- A 10-minute Q&A; with students, who are excited to meet you

We want the interview process to feel like an authentic conversation and a chance for you to experience our community—not simply answer a list of questions.

Interviews will be held on campus on Wednesday 19 August and Thursday 20 August 2026. Candidates located outside the Sunshine Coast are still strongly encouraged to apply, and alternative interview arrangements may be considered.
