Annandale Christian College is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative STEM Teacher to join our Primary School team commencing Term 1, 2027.

This exciting part-time role (2-3 days per week in 2027) will see you working alongside our Lower Primary STEM Teacher to develop foundational digital literacy skills in Prep–Year 3, while leading the teaching, assessment and reporting of Science and Technology learning across Years 4–6.

About the Role

As our Primary STEM Teacher, you will:

· Contribute to a Christ-centred learning setting that supports the holistic development of every child.

· Teach engaging Science and Technology programs across Years 3–6 in line with the Australian Curriculum.

· Support the development of digital literacy and technology skills in the early years.

· Design authentic, inquiry-based learning experiences that foster curiosity and problem-solving.

· Integrate coding, digital technologies and STEM practices into student learning.

· Assess and report on student achievement in Science and Technology STEM-related learning areas.

· Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and the Lower Primary STEM Teacher to deliver a cohesive Prep–Year 6 STEM pathway.

What We're Looking For

You will

· Hold current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration or be eligible to obtain registration.

· Demonstrate experience teaching Science, STEM and/or Digital Technologies in a primary setting.

· Be committed to excellence in teaching and learning.

· Have an active Christian faith,



be connected in a local church (pastoral reference required) and have a desire to contribute to the mission and values of ACC.

· Be a collaborative, relational and future-focused educator.

· Hold a Current QLD Working with Children Blue Card (Paid or Exemption) or be able to obtain.
