PARED Victoria established Harkaway Hills College in 2016 and Lysterfield Lake College in 2022. Lysterfield Lake College is an independent Catholic school for boys located in Narre Warren North. The Role
This position is a primary classroom teaching role reporting to the Headmaster of Lysterfield Lake College. The basic function of a teacher in the Primary School is one of the development and implementation of curriculum consistent with the philosophy, policy and practice prescribed by the College.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned with the Victorian Curriculum and the College's educational philosophy.
- Plan, differentiate, assess, and report on student learning to support the academic growth and wellbeing of every student.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom workplace that promotes strong character, respectful relationships, and a love of learning.
- Build effective partnerships with parents, mentors, and colleagues to support the holistic development of each student.
- Contribute actively to the life of the College through professional learning, curriculum development, co-curricular activities, and College community events.
