- Experienced Recruiter: Proven experience operating as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant with a track record of consistent billings.
- Portfolio / Network: An established network, client portfolio, or strong business development engine to hit the ground running.
- Self-Starter: Thrives in an autonomous environment with high personal accountability and self-drive.
- Quality-Driven: Values deep client relationships and strategic delivery over high-volume transactional recruitment.
