GOLD96FM is looking for a passionate, energetic and creative Producer to join our Breakfast team.

This is more than answering phones and booking callers. It's an opportunity to learn from some of the industry's best, develop your content skills in a metro market, and help create big-hearted, market-leading radio that genuinely connects with listeners.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside the Content Director, Digital Content Producer, Audio Producer and Lisa & Russ each morning, you'll help create compelling content that drives audience growth and delivers a real buzz in the market. No day will ever be the same, but we can tell you you’ll be doing things like:

- Creating world-class content and memorable on-air moments.
- Finding and developing stories, callers, features and ideas that resonate with our Perth audience.
- Researching content, guests,



interviews and topics that help the show win each morning.
- Answering phones and preparing callers, ensuring every interaction feels special.
- Clipping audio for archiving and Best Of Shows
- Identifying audience hot buttons, trends and conversations worth bringing to air.
- Responding to listener emails, messages and social engagement.
- Assisting with digital and social content that extends the show's reach beyond the radio.
- Building strong relationships with publicity agencies, record labels, media contacts and external partners.
- Contribute ideas to larger campaigns and ongoing story arcs.

You might already be working in metro or regional radio, podcasting, content creation or media, and be looking for your next step.
