Role Description The Procurement Specialist / Vendor Manager at FC Den Bosch Foundation is a part-time remote role focused on managing suppliers and optimizing purchasing activities to support the foundation’s operations. The Procurement

Proficiency in contract negotiation and contract management to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.

Clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers in a remote environment.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a part-time schedule, and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with basic financial principles, budgeting, or cost control related to procurement activities.

Experience with procurement or vendor management tools and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets and document management).

Relevant education or training in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field; comparable practical experience is also valued.
