Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer / Graphic Designer to design engaging digital experiences and impactful visual content across a variety of platforms. This role combines user-centered product design with strong graphic design skills to create intuitive interfaces, compelling brand assets, and visually consistent marketing materials.

The ideal candidate has a passion for design, creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement while balancing aesthetics with functionality.

Key responsibilities include

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile, and digital products.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop graphic assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and incorporate insights into design improvements.
- Create user-centered solutions that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
- Produce icons, illustrations, infographics, banners, advertisements, and promotional graphics.
- Prepare production-ready design files and ensure consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Support product launches by designing marketing collateral and visual communication assets.
- Stay informed about emerging design trends, UI/UX best practices, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Optimize designs based on testing results, analytics,



and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards while maintaining visual consistency across platforms.
- Contribute innovative ideas that enhance product functionality and strengthen brand identity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar software.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Understanding of branding, identity design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging digital graphics, marketing materials, and presentation assets.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality visual design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
