n About the Role





n As aProduction Estimator, youu2019ll be a key part of our operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of residential builds. Your focus will be on preparing accurateBills of Quantitiesand issuingPurchase Ordersto support the construction process. Your work will directly impact cost control, build accuracy, and project timelines.

n Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost, material, and labour estimatesn
- Generate accurate Bills of Quantities using estimating softwaren
- Issue timely and accurate Purchase Ordersn
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and specificationsn
- Manage variations and resolve PO-related queriesn
- Maintain project margins in line with company policyn
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project successn
- Review and process ETS (Estimate to Site) requests efficientlyn
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business systems and processesn

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specificationsn
