Tecside Group is currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Labourers for ongoing work with a leading client in Nowra.

- Rotating Day & Night shifts

- Weekend work required

- Competitive pay: $46–$48 per hour (depending on shift and applicable penalties)

About the role

As a Production Labourer, you'll be working in a fast-paced production environment where safety, teamwork, and reliability are essential.

Duties may include

- General production and labouring duties

- Operating machinery and equipment

- Forklift operation (where required)

- Manual handling and lifting

- Maintaining a clean and protected work environment





- Following all site safety procedures

To be successful, you will have:

- Current White Card (essential)

- Current Driver Licence and reliable transport

- Current Forklift Licence (LF)

- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts

- Availability to work weekends

- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

- Commitment to workplace health and safety

- Ability to pass pre-employment checks if required
