We're looking for Production Operators to join our growing team and play a direct role in delivering defence capability that helps keep Australia safe, secure and future-ready.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assemble advanced military vehicles in line with production schedules and work instructions

- Work with mechanical and electrical components using hand tools and equipment

- Contribute to quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives

- Support LEAN manufacturing practices in a modern production environment

- Help deliver critical capability to Australia's defence sector

What We're Looking For

- Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or a trade environment (desirable, not essential)

- Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude

- Confidence using hand tools

- Strong focus on safety and quality
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic





- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and contributes to a positive workplace culture

- Strong communication skills and respect for people from diverse backgrounds

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Eligibility Requirements To be considered, you must:

- Be an Australian Citizen

- Be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance

- Complete a National Police Check

- Complete a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment, including Drug & Alcohol Testing
