Tip Top Bakeries is on the lookout for energetic and reliable team members to join our quick-paced team in Dry Creek. We have several opportunities available across our Production Department in our Baking and Packing teams.

Baking

- Operate bakery equipment to maintain production flow
- Adjust settings to ensure product consistency
- Check bread quality (weight, shape, colour)
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Record outputs and report issues

Packing

- Pack fresh bakery products accurately and efficiently
- Check product quality to meet standards
- Operate packing machinery safely
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Label and prepare products for dispatch

Profile description:

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, food production or warehousing (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kgs)
