We’re on the lookout for a passionate and highly organised Program Consultant to join our vibrant Operations Team. Be Challenged is seeking a proactive relationship-builder who thrives on creating exceptional client experiences.

You’ll have a passion for managing multiple moving parts, building strong partnerships, and ensuring every program is delivered to the highest standard. If you love working in a fast-paced workplace where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do:

- Manage client programs — Guide programs from briefing through to delivery, ensuring every detail is planned and executed to a high standard.
- Build strong relationships — Develop trusted partnerships with clients, suppliers, venues and internal stakeholders to create seamless experiences.
- Coordinate the moving pieces — Oversee venues, suppliers, operational logistics and program requirements to ensure successful delivery.
- Support outstanding experiences — Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to create memorable and impactful client journeys.
- Drive continuous improvement — Look for opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiencies and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and the business.
