We have a number of casual facilitator positions available and offer a genuine pathway into Lead Facilitator and full-time employment for the right candidate.

If you're an experienced facilitator, educator, camp leader, outdoor instructor, youth worker, presenter or person who thrives on engaging young people and delivering programs that genuinely make a difference, we'd love to hear from you. We 're looking for professionals who can walk into a room of 30 to 300 students, capture their attention, build connection, challenge their thinking and create experiences they'll remember for years.

The Opportunity





No two days are the same. One day you might be facilitating leadership workshops with senior students. The next, leading high-energy team-building activities for Year 6 students.

Then you could be delivering an overnight camp, supporting teachers and helping students discover confidence they didn't know they had.

You'll become part of a team that's passionate about creating environments where young people feel challenged, supported and inspired.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Delivering engaging camps, incursions, excursions and leadership programs.
- Leading groups with confidence, energy and professionalism.
- Creating safe, inclusive and memorable learning experiences.
- Building genuine rapport with students and teachers.
- Managing group dynamics while maintaining high levels of engagement.
- Representing Character Builders with professionalism and excellence.
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who

- Is energetic, professional and dependable.
- Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Can share stories and present to small and large groups with confidence.




- Works well as part of a team.
- Is available during school terms, with the flexibility to work occasional overnight camps and multi-day programs.

Essential Requirements

- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain one.
- Current driver's licence and access to reliable transport.
- Willingness to travel to various locations across South East Queensland (and beyond)
- Flexibility to work overnight camps and multi-day programs when required.
