Lofte Australia is seeking proactive, and experienced Stevedores & Crane Drivers to join our expanding stevedoring operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently load and unload cargo from vessels in accordance with industry regulations.
- Ensure timely, accurate handling of bulk, general, and project cargo across various ports.
- Collaborate closely with the clients, service providers and operations teams to maintain consistent results in port operations.
- Actively monitor cargo operations to identify potential challenges or inefficiencies.




- Always comply with all safety procedures and industry regulations.
- Support the implementation of new processes and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Desired Criteria:

- Crane driving experience. Ships crane experience is a bonus.
- Experience in maritime, stevedoring or port operations.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and cargo handling techniques.
- Previous experience with bulk, general, and project cargo operations.
- Competency in using operational systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for operational needs as required.
- A current Forklift license and experience operating a bobcat and excavator will also be well regarded.

Prior stevedoring experience is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided to successful applicants. We are seeking motivated, reliable, and safety-focused individuals who thrive in a team environment and are committed to delivering high-quality work. A high level of availability is essential, as the role operates on a rotating shift work roster.
