This is not an entry-level customer service role. To be successful, you will need demonstrated sales experience, confidence handling objections, a passion for closing deals and the drive to succeed in a high-performance environment.

Having established a strong reputation within the education sector, they are continuing to expand their sales team and leadership pipeline from their modern Armadale office.
About the Role
As a Senior Student Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in helping prospective students take the next step in their careers through education.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound and outbound sales conversations with prospective students
- Understanding student goals and recommending suitable education pathways
- Building rapport, overcoming objections and confidently closing enrolments
- Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your sales pipeline
- Supporting junior members of the sales team through coaching and mentoring
- Assisting with team meetings and stepping into a leadership capacity when required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous sales experience within a contact centre environment (essential)
- A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to build rapport quickly
- Experience handling objections and closing sales
- A motivated, resilient and competitive mindset
- A genuine passion for helping customers achieve positive outcomes
- The ambition to develop into a future Team Leader
