n About the role

n We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery across our high-profile NDS Program. Working closely with technical engineering teams and support functions, you will ensure the delivery of L3Harris solutions, in line with our customer's specifications, budget and timeframe requirements.

n Reporting to regional program director, your activities will focus on driving the required activity at every stage of the project lifecycle.

n Day-to-day your tasks may include but not be limited to:

- n
- coordinating project milestones to align with available resourcesn
- measuring team performance against pre-established schedules & budgetsn
- financial reporting for executive reviewn




- assisting with bids & proposalsn
- identifying continuous improvement opportunities for future investigation and implementationn

n About you

n To be successful in this role, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;

- n
- Proven experience in a Program Manager rolen
- Knowledge of and experience with the ASDEFCON suiten
- Financial management and budgetingn
- Safety and risk awareness in project executionn
- Practised reporting capability specifically with financials, schedule, and resourcingn
- Supplier/sub-contractor relationship management experiencen
