If you’re a Project Architect who has delivered complex commercial, health, industrial or infrastructure work, data centres could be a smart next move.

It’s one of the fastest-growing areas of the built environment in NSW, but it still needs architects who understand detail, coordination, documentation and delivery properly. The work is not just large in scale, it is services-heavy, technically demanding and highly coordinated, which makes it a strong step for someone who wants to build deeper project leadership capability.

This role sits with a design-led Australian architecture practice with studios in Sydney and Melbourne. The practice works across civic, cultural, transport, commercial, specialised industrial facilities, multi-residential and urban precinct planning, with a strong record of design competition and industry award recognition nationally and globally. You’ll be delivering new-build data-centre projects across NSW, alongside broader commercial and infrastructure work.

You would be stepping into a role with real ownership. You’ll work closely with the sector lead, take projects through design, documentation and construction, and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
