Key Responsibilities About the role: The Project Controls Engineer will be responsible for the timely completion of project progress reporting. Reporting into the Project Controls Lead, this position will be responsible for:
- Monitor and report against KPI’s; - Understand and develop key performance metric from a cost and time perspective e.g. CPI, SPI, PF; - Develop innovative solutions for reporting through Power BI reporting suite and other tools; - Interpret and Build Synchro reports; - Building, monitoring and status project schedules using Primavera and MS Office programmes; - Analyse variances and make recommendations to maintain targets; - Produce Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress Reports; - Interface between the client, external stakeholders and project team; - Review of Contractual Documentation; - Attendance and input into construction,
testing, completions, programme, commercial meetings and workshops; - Monitor, manage and report progress impacts due to scope variance and delays incurred.
- Hold Meetings relating to progress; and - Build databases and documents for use inside and outside the project.

Skills and Experience About You - Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction Discipline preferred - Four (4) years experience in project controls within a construction workplace - Experience in Primavera P6, MS-Project 2010 and high proficiency with MS Office suite especially MS Excel - Able to develop and implement processes related to project controls - Able to analyse progress and make recommendations to achieve project goals
