Job Title: Project Coordinator

The Role:

Reporting to Operations Lead, the role is to support tailored solutions to clients’ complex logistics requirements for oversized & heavy lift cargoes by providing intelligent advice and efficiently managing project execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Investigate transport options including identification of suppliers, equipment, transport route and port management




- Assist in reviewing project options, considering different factors including time, costs, safety requirements, schedule; etc
- Review and discuss client project needs with Project Team
- Generate enquiries to market and receive pricing from suppliers at the direction of the project team
- Assist the project team to execute and manage the project plan
- Assist the project team to prepare internal and external reports throughout the life cycle of the project

The successful applicant MUST have…

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of logistics / shipping terminology
- Knowledge of transport authorities and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Positive outlook the ability to build relationships
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A team player with a proactive mindset
