We’re looking for a capable Project Engineer to support two active packages of work, with the primary focus being a tailings dam raise for a Tier-One gold mine in the Pilbara. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded in the field, working closely with supervisors, contractors and the client’s engineering team to ensure protected, compliant, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage QA/QC for the TSF raise, including inspections, test records and verification of works.

•Work directly with the client’s engineering team to ensure all construction activities meet specifications and project requirements.

•Support daily site operations across a small civil construction team of six.

•Monitor progress, raise technical queries and help maintain workflow continuity.

•Assist with planning, sequencing and documentation across both active work packages.

•Maintain strong communication with supervisors, contractors and client stakeholders.

Role Details

•Roster: 8:6, all day shift.

•Location: Pilbara,



WA (Tier-One gold operation).

•Team: Small, civil crew with strong support.

•Pipeline: Ongoing TSF and civil works scheduled for several years - stable, long-term opportunity.

What You Bring

•Experience in TSF construction, earthworks, QA/QC, or civil infrastructure (mining preferred).

•Strong understanding of specifications, quality requirements and field-based engineering.

•Confident communicator who can work well with both contractors and client engineering teams.

•Practical, solutions-focused mindset with solid attention to detail.

•Ability to work independently while supporting a small, high-performing team.
