About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven professional to join our team in a Project Management / Corporate Strategy role. You will lead cross-functional projects, support corporate strategy initiatives, and drive business transformation through effective planning, execution, and performance management.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about solving business challenges, managing strategic projects, and working closely with senior leadership to shape the company's long-term growth.

? Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through successful completion.

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and overall performance.

Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure project success.

Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing effective mitigation plans.

Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and governance.

Corporate Strategy

Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

Support the development and execution of corporate strategies and business growth initiatives.

Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, investments, and market expansion strategies.

Analyze financial, operational, and business performance to identify strategic opportunities.

Prepare business cases, investment proposals, and strategic recommendations for senior management.





Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A;), business transformation, and organizational development initiatives where applicable.

Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to support executive decision-making.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, and Technology teams to achieve business objectives.

Facilitate project meetings, strategic workshops, and executive review sessions.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project and business performance.

Support operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

3–7 years of experience in project management, corporate strategy, management consulting, business operations, or related roles.

Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and strategic business initiatives.

Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent project planning, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.

Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Notion is preferred.

Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum,



Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented setting.
