About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented professional to join our Project Management / Corporate Strategy team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects, support corporate strategy initiatives, and drive business transformation across our education, consulting, and professional services portfolio.

You will work closely with senior leadership to manage strategic initiatives, improve organizational performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the successful execution of high-impact projects.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex business challenges, managing strategic projects, and influencing organizational growth through data-driven decision-making.

? Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

Lead and manage cross-functional projects from planning through successful execution.

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and performance to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation plans.

Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Promote project governance and continuous improvement across the organization.

Corporate Strategy

Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

Support the development and execution of corporate strategies and business growth initiatives.

Evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.

Analyze financial, operational,



and business performance data to support executive decision-making.

Develop business cases, strategic proposals, and investment recommendations.

Support organizational transformation, operational excellence, and innovation projects.

Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities within the education and consulting sectors.

Business Performance & Collaboration

Collaborate with leadership, operations, finance, marketing, academic, and business development teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business performance dashboards.

Facilitate strategic planning workshops, project meetings, and executive review sessions.

Identify operational improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.

Support organizational change management and business process optimization initiatives.

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

3–7 years of experience in project management, corporate strategy, business consulting, operations, or related roles.

Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and strategic business initiatives.

Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent project planning, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.

Experience with project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Notion is an advantage.

Qualified certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.





Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Experience in the education, consulting, or professional services industry is an advantage.
