We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Project Liaison to become an integral part of our growing WA team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the electrical, lighting, construction or building products industry who enjoys working closely with customers, suppliers and project teams to ensure projects run smoothly from quotation through to completion.

About the Role

As our Project Liaison, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales and project teams by coordinating and processing orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service throughout every stage of their project. No two days are the same. You'll be juggling multiple projects, building relationships with customers and suppliers, and helping ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Experience working with electrical wholesalers, electrical contractors, or within the lighting or construction industries will be highly regarded.

Your Responsibilities

Project Administration & Quotations

- Prepare and issue customer quotations using our ERP system
- Maintain project pipelines and quotation reports
- Source supplier pricing for custom products and volume discounts




- Liaise with suppliers to ensure product specifications are accurate
- Maintain organised electronic project files and documentation

Order Coordination

- Process customer orders accurately
- Prepare and distribute product data sheets for approval
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers
- Send order confirmations and updates to customers
- Coordinate supplier production, shipment schedules and delivery dates
- Work closely with our warehouse team to coordinate deliveries

Customer Service & Sales Support

- Respond professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Manage shared customer service and quotation inboxes
- Coordinate Goods Return Authorisations (GRAs)
- Process sample requests and maintain sample registers
- Assist customers with product selection and technical enquiries as your knowledge develops
- Attend customer meetings, site visits and industry events when required

About You

You're someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and keeping projects organised. You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, communicate confidently with a wide range of people, and enjoy working in a quick-paced environment.

Essential Skills & Experience





- Minimum 2 years' experience in a project support, project coordination, internal sales, customer service or sales administration role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Highly Desirable

- Experience working with electrical wholesalers or electrical contractors
- Experience within the lighting, electrical, construction or building products industries
- Knowledge of lighting products and specifications
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, luminaire schedules and perform take-offs
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Understanding of electrical industry terminology
