About the GroupThis group have been developing and building commercial and apartment projects for over 30 years and have a significant commercial portfolio across Australia. They hold onto the majority of their developments and there is a major focus on delivering high quality assets. They are looking for a Project Manager that can manage small refurbishment and larger maintenance projects ranging from $100k - $500k.
About the RoleReporting to the head of Asset Management you will be responsible for 2-4 projects at a time
- Management of program and scheduling trades
- Trade and supplier management on projects
- Management of safety and quality
- Preparing project reports to asset management
- Ensuring all company polices and procedures are followed onsite
About You You will ideally have come from a trade background and worked on refurbishment or larger maintenance projects in the commercial/retail sector. Previous experience working in live environments will be looked upon favorably. It is essential you have a strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodology.
