Hays is currently seeking a project manager to work for a growing Tier 3 company.
You will work alongside another project manager overseeing commercial projects such as fuel stations, restaurants & retail shops.
These are fast paced tilt up projects normally around 16-19 weeks in duration.
With the support of 3 CA's and another project manager you will support with 3-4 projects overseeing site managers and ensuring budget & delivery is running smoothly.
This is an opportunity to join a growing company with a secure line of ongoing work on a permanent bases. This client does not need to tender for jobs as they are well known in the industry and clients come to them.

Offices very central based with sites along the Metro area.
- Prior experience in project management 2 years minimum needed within commercial construction projects from civil works to handover
- Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate complex project delivery
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial construction
- Preferably a Diploma or higher in Project Management, construction management or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar)
- Strong client-facing experience
- A proactive, safety-first leadership style and commitment to quality outcomes
