- Band 7: $108,647 to $121,576 + 12% superannuation + monthly RDO.

Coordinating the planning and delivery of capital works projects across a variety of disciplines to ensure quality outcomes and best value delivery of projects that meet Council and community expectations within the budget available. The incumbent will manage projects from an idea through to maintenance handover. Typically, this position will design and/or deliver infrastructure projects each year. The allocated projects may include renewals, upgrades or new infrastructure across roads, carparks, footpaths, bridges, stormwater, buildings and recreation/open space improvements.

About the Role The Baw Baw Shire is expected to experience +50% population growth over the next 20 years. In recognition that significant new community infrastructure will be required to support that growth, Baw Baw Shire Council are looking to augment the Infrastructure Delivery team with this project manager role.

About the Successful Candidate The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and influence ensuring that projects are tailored to Council’s vision and community needs and are planned, designed, and delivered in accordance with absolute best practice. The work will be diverse, range in size,



type and complexity and are all interesting, challenging and will be ultimately rewarding.

You will establish and lead project teams across multiple disciplines from within and outside the organization and will get to put your stamp on community infrastructure projects that will help to shape the future of Baw Baw Shire.
