We specialise in all aspects of commercial mechanical services and air conditioning including VRV/VRF, boilers, heat pumps and chillers etc. We have been experiencing steady growth and looking to continue this with the addition of a new project manager.

The Role

This role will suit a highly skilled Mechanical Plumber that has onsite foreman experience and has progressed into a previous project management position.

The expectations will be able to project manage multiple client contracts from beginning to completion, exhibit a high level of product knowledge and professionalism.

- Manage and oversee the clients projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality and safety standards
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets, tracking progress and addressing any deviations promptly
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, maintaining proactive communication with all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes and industry standards
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate successful project delivery
- Good understanding of product knowledge of Commercial estimation




- Reviewing drawings and completing take-offs to form part of your project budget
- Reviewing key areas of specifications to identify key compliance allowances/exclusions
- Ongoing communication with clients for purposes of amendments and/or variations
- Assist with procurement of materials

Skills/Experience

- Experience in successfully delivering projects on time and on budget
- Knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement
- Experience with quality control, job completion and commissioning
- Ability to manage 6-8 projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills
- HVAC Industry experience (Must be commercial)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to foster outstanding client relationships
- Great time management
- Ability to work to specifications & deadlines
- Current driver’s licence
- Relevant qualifications/Licences
- Working with children’s check
