We are an established scaffolding company based in Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Supervisor to join our Newcastle team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations to achieve project milestones and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate project activities to meet quality, time, and cost objectives in line with contractual requirements
- Conduct quality and safety inspections in accordance with company and legislative requirements
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and labour requirements
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify and resolve issues
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Manage and report safety matters in line with WHS obligations and company policies
- Resolve site issues and implement practical solutions to maintain project progress.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role within the construction industry
- Ability to interpret and implement project plans, specifications, and drawings
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Current SafeWork NSW White Card or recognised interstate White Card
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Solid influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Ability to delegate tasks and provide clear direction to teams
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Safety-focused with the ability to follow and promote company WHS policies and procedures.
