We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our friendly and supportive Property and Estates team.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in property and estate law, takes pride in their attention to detail, and values being part of a collaborative team environment.

You will play an significant role in supporting our property and estate lawyers and ensuring matters progress smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with a range of residential, commercial property and business matters
- Assisting with administration of deceased estates, including collecting assets, preparing documentation and liaising with beneficiaries
- Preparing contracts, transfers, Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration and associated documentation
- Conducting searches and liaising with relevant authorities
- Managing files from commencement to settlement
- Maintaining accurate file records,



electronic and physical documents, managing key dates and deadlines
- Liaising professionally with clients, agents, banks and other stakeholders

About You

You will ideally have

- Experience as a property or estates paralegal
- A strong understanding of Queensland property transactions
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A proactive, team‑focused attitude
- The ability to manage multiple matters and priorities
