With clients from Mandurah through to Two Rocks, Property Reports Plus is trusted by hundreds of Residential and Commercial Property Managers to conduct their Routine Inspections, Property Condition Reports, Final Bond Inspections and Home Opens!
About the role
Are you looking to get into Real Estate? Or are you looking to step back from the day-to-day stresses associated with Property Management? Why not try getting out on the road in this full-time position servicing our amazing Clients.
Jobs assigned are based closest to your home location to minimise travel where possible. We’re currently seeking someone who lives in Perth’s inner suburbs/central to support demand in those areas. Most of your day is spent independently out on the road, with admin and scheduling fully managed by our in-house team. When you're not inspecting, you're welcome to work from your home office.
The role of Property Inspector will include:
- Collecting and returning keys to agencies across the greater Perth metro area
- Thoroughly photographing properties
- Completing detailed voice recordings which is typed by a third party
- The use of many different app based programs for property inspections
- Ensuring reports are checked and photos uploaded in a timely manner from your home office
- Representing our company to a high standard and completing high quality reports
Typing of property condition reports is handled by a separate division of the company!

Skills and experience The successful applicant will be fully trained however should possess the following:
- Ability to work well with technology
- Ability to problem solve
- Effective time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable motor vehicle and drivers license
- Home computer with Microsoft office and unlimited fast internet
- Completed or currently enrolled in the Property Management Course (registration does not need to be current) - Preferred, not essential
