Are you a Mandarin-speaking Property Manager looking for something a little different?

This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of Melbourne's most respected boutique real estate agencies, working across two premium office locations in South Yarra (Inner City) and Hawthorn. Working three days per week, you'll inherit a boutique portfolio of approximately 30–40 premium properties, with enormous opportunity to expand the portfolio alongside an established sales team and experienced New Business Manager. Rather than stepping into an overwhelming workload, you'll have the rare opportunity to strategically grow your own portfolio while delivering a first-class service to a premium client base.

The Role This position combines traditional Property Management with proactive Business Development, allowing you to become the trusted advisor for a growing portfolio of Mandarin-speaking clients.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing and nurturing a boutique portfolio of premium residential properties
- Attending rental appraisals alongside Mandarin-speaking sales agents
- Securing new managements through referrals, appraisals and relationship building
- Delivering an exceptional client experience for landlords and tenants
- Building long-term relationships with investors and prospective clients
- Working closely with the wider Property Management and Sales teams to drive portfolio growth
- Identifying opportunities to continually expand and strengthen the rent roll

About You You'll be a confident Property Manager who genuinely enjoys working with people and understands the value of building trusted client relationships.

Ideally you'll have

- Fluency in both Mandarin and English
- Previous Property Management experience
- Confidence conducting rental appraisals and converting current business opportunities
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or equivalent)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
