They are now looking for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join a polished, well-structured and highly supported Property Management department.

The role: This position will see you managing a well-maintained residential portfolio across Double Bay and the surrounding Eastern Suburbs.

You will be supported by leasing and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on high-level portfolio management, landlord relationships, tenant communication and maintaining a premium level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants
- Managing owner communication and client relationships
- Overseeing maintenance and escalated repair matters
- Managing rent reviews and rent increases
- Coordinating inspections where required
- Resolving escalated tenant and landlord concerns
- Managing arrears and compliance
- Preparing for and attending tribunal when required
- Keeping the portfolio organised, compliant and running smoothly
- Working closely with the wider Property Management team

The candidate: To be successful, you will have:

- Previous Property Management experience
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end portfolio management
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and trades
- Tribunal experience or strong understanding of tribunal processes
- A calm, professional and solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and pride in client service
