What you'll be doing
- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, including processing applications, managing tenancies, conducting inspections and coordinating maintenance
- Proactively market available properties to quality tenants and maintain high occupancy levels
- Handle tenant inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare detailed property condition reports and periodic inspections
- Ensure all relevant legislation and company policies are adhered to
- Collaborate with landlords to develop effective rental strategies and maximise returns
- Maintain comprehensive property records and provide regular updates to clients
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a residential property manager, ideally in the Kingscliff or Northern Rivers region
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with tenants and landlords
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with relevant residential tenancy legislation and regulations
- Proficiency in using property management software and digital tools
